Not so happy

susandennisOn October 6, I ordered 10 pounds of teddy bear stuffing. I have been able to ascertain that sometime between then and the 13th, the order was sent to the manufacturer who shipped it out via FedEx on the 13th.
The FedEx website said that expected delivery was the 20th. The tracking number carried that info until this morning when now it shows NO delivery info. So I called. The woman at FedEx asked me for my address which I thought was kind of interesting. If they don't have my address, how in the fuck do they even think they are going to deliver the package????
Then she asked for my phone number and said that I should receive a call with tracking information within 48 hours. I love it. Package shipped... 8 freakin' days later, it takes 2 more days to even get any information???!!!!
This could be a little more frustrating but I'm not exactly sure how...
