Edit after dinner: This was easy and interesting. It made enough for dinner tonight and 4 more. It is tasty and filling. I will make it again but I will make changes:

1. I will cut the recipe in half.
2. I will add more chopped peanuts
3. I will use thin steak strips instead of ground meat.
4. It doesn't need as much oil as the recipe says

Here's the first doll of the day:

Here's the second doll of the day:

I got all the laundry done and folded and very nearly put away. It's on the bed next to where it belongs. So close. Will happen.

I went to teh library and then came home and ripped the CD that I had checked out. It's my first test of the new computer with ripping. Also now the destination folder is usb drive plugged into the router extension - a network drive. Worked fine. Even iTunes played nice. So I got the music on my Shuffle. All good.

I think I may make one more doll today.

Before I got to your edit I was going to say the recipe sounded good, but they should call it something else, because "satay" is the Thai transliteration of "steak", and it's always on a skewer. Little slices of steak would fix that. :-)
