Pretty much always Red Heart. Soft Baby Steps and Soft. Sometimes Deborah Norville Everyday. And, as you can see in this basket, sometimes Herrschner's.
Basically any regular worsted size 4 acrylic that is ultra very very very soft. Oh and cheap :)
Awesome! Thanks for sharing! I do use red heart, but I'm looking for something softer than my current type for a couple of baby blankets I want to make (pregnant ppl in my life). :-)
Some Red Heart isn't very soft. Another VERY soft and great yarn is Caron Simply Soft. It's available pretty much everywhere and comes in a lot of really nice colors. It's just a little smaller than the Red Heart soft yarns so hard for me to mix for the bears. But would be fab for baby blankets because it washes beautifully.
