Bring on the earthquake

Turns out the decision about earthquake insurance was made for me. My house insurance is with Liberty Mutual and they do not sell earthquake insurance for all brick buildings. So the end. And actually, now that I've given it some thought, who they hell would insure a 100+ year old all brick building built on a sand bar next to a giant body of water????

Oh well, I shall now turn my worry onto something else.

I think I'm done with sewing today. I have pictures to take, packing up to do and half the laundry to fold and all of it to put away. And... thanks to a very good friend, I have the third British Sewing Bee episode to watch! Chores first.

It's perfectly fine to look at these fabric choices and say 'what they hell was she thinking??!!' I did.
