A very long swim

The gym was late in opening... again... and there is no shade while you wait so by the time it did open I was hot and annoyed. The pool, however, was cool and wonderful and mostly empty. So I swam and swam and swam. I did 20 minutes more than my usual hour figuring that the rest of the day will be spent on my ass in my condo trying not to be hot. Happily, I swam long enough to hit my fitness goal for the day. So, ass, meet couch let's spend some quality time together!

There will be sewing and baseball tonight and, if I really feel the need to get out, a lap around the garage but the latter is not likely. I have plenty to keep me entertained right here in the cool.
