air fryer update

I fucked up both the french fries and the calamari but even so, they were great! Crispy on the outside and nice on the inside. The trick to this fryer is figuring out timing.

Frozen French Fries take about 10 minutes I think as does calamari. Maybe everything takes 10 minutes. More testing to come. But, clearly I have stumbled over yet another miracle! I love kitchen tech.

I wish I had all the counter space. I would get so many things for it....maybe when my daughter goes off to college, I can convert her room into a second kitchen haha.

What's the holding capacity for this thing? Like, say, how many pot stickers can it reasonably cook at once?
