Ok. Frozen pot stickers? Yep. Excellent. 6 minutes from freezer to mouth. And I think maybe 5 would have been better.

I'm trying everyone once without any oil. So far, I'm finding that a spray of oil would improve most. Including pot stickers. I've ordered an oil spritzer from Amazon. But even without, delish.



They actually taste better than they look.

Give them a TINY pinch-sprinkle of seasoned salt after you dose them with the oil sprayer. Chinese or Coleman's mustard for a tiny dip before you pop them in your mouth. Especially good for clearing your sinuses. :)
