susandennisI heard yesterday that there was no school today (not sure if it's because of Veterans Day) and suspected that might effect traffic. So I took a chance and went to the pool early. I was so rewarded. The pool wasn't crowded. I got done 30 minutes earlier than usual. And my trip home which normally takes me about 30 minutes, took me 10. So now I'm home with my swim done and breakfast made and et and it's just now 9. So much extra time for free!!
I think I'm going to use the extra time to do some non-doll sewing maybe.
I'm feeling very good about my house these days. I'm making substantial dents in the clutter and getting more and more organized. It's so much easier to keep things tidy when there is a place for everything. And I feel so calm and peaceful and grateful for everything when my surroundings are tidy. So worth the effort.
On the other hand, there is room for improvement. I ordered (and got) $30 worth of fabric for doll faces and, just yesterday, I a stack of doll face fabric I had totally forgotten I had, in the back of a drawer. I'll use it all up, no problem, but still. Dumb.
Nothing else really brewing today. I do need to go to an ATM and lay in some cash but that's not critical. Maybe I'll use that as an excuse to take a little walk outside later.
