I need to go to Portland, Oregon

There's an art gallery there that I love and haven't been back to in ages. In fact, it's actually moved to just outside Portland in Camus, WA. Close enough.

There's a giant fabric shop that I'd love to lose my mind in.

And now, ljtourist has introduced me to Olive Oil Ice Cream which is heaven and at Salt and Straw.

So... I need to go to Portland. It's the rule of three's.

Yes, you do. I have a vivid memory of a shop I visited the last time I was there which sold salt, bitters and chocolate. It was bizarre. But tasty.
