susandennisToday I got what has to be the coolest thank you note in the history of thank you notes... It even has glitter on it. It's from two of the woman who disperse my teddy bears to those who need them. I love making the bears and I love the ease with which they leave my needles and get to these women (my wonderful neighbors) and I'd likely do it with no feedback at all but next time I start whining about not being able to find eyes and noses, I will just View the Glitter Bear...
I sent an email to the Sprint lady once she gave me her valid email address. I told her I was interested and asked a few, I thought relatively simple, questions. That was this morning. I never heard a word. That could save me some $.
I got my eyes checked today. The nice Dr. is suggesting I graduate from one contact lens to two. She's given me a set to try out for a week. So far they aren't great but they are better than what I had and way better than putting on and taking off drug store glasses a bascillion times a day.
I have all the work work I can handle and more. The next two days - at least - are going to be heads down getting it done. I'm hoping that no one wants to meet with me in person or even on the phone.
I got some foam for the bumper of the new Roomba today and he's winding his way around the front part of the house now. He did the back part yesterday. It's nice to have him at work again. The foam bumper makes a big difference. Without it, I get a constant bang, bang, bang as it finds it's way around.
