You know, the first few days of getting these emails of old LJ comments were interesting.  I'm over it now.  I kept up with the comments via http://www.livejournal.com/tools/recent_comments.bml so I'm not reading stuff I've never seen before.  Surely we have to be near the end of catching up...

I have at least a full day of heads down work work to do today.  And I have a desk that has accumulated a bunch of stuff that needs to be handled and sorted and filed.  I think work first then desk.

When I ordered photos for Mom off the Flickr website - the deal they have with Target - the website said that if I selected 2nd day shipping, she'd have the pictures on Thursday (today).  Today I get a tracking number from Fed Ex that says she'll have them on Tuesday.  I'm not so much annoyed by the delay as I am about being lied to.  Strike 1.

No email from the Sprint lady.  I'm guessing her special deal was either smoke and mirrors or just an air quote.  Oh well.

Time to make the donuts.

I just started getting a bunch of old LJ responses to comments... they must be stuck in the same time-continuum that assumes I'm nine time-zones away.
