Live Journal in my book!

susandennisI am so enjoying the TV show Good Behavior. For some reason I looked up the writer and then looked for other novels he has written and ended up listening to Blake Crouch's Locked Doors. Turns out it is a sequel. I think the first one wasn't on Audible and this one was which is why I picked it up. It's a good thing I did because probably had I read the first one, I'd have never finished it, much less read this one. (It's not that good.)
BUT, the book is about a novelist who ran away after his life was ruined and he lived in a cabin in the woods - isolated from everyone EXCEPT... his friends on Live Journal!! The part I was reading last night was all about how he filled his social life with the people he met on Live Journal and they sustained him nicely in his isolation.
The book was published in 2005. I joined LJ in 2002 and it was rockin'. I'm guessing Blake Crouch was there then. Wild.
