I just got an email from Trader Joe's. Their hollandaise sauce is NOT seasonal! It's available all year around. So... ha! It's still going to be a while before I run out.

LOL! Well, at least you'll be prepared in case we get snowed in again this winter. If nothing else, you'll be able to eat hollandaise sauce! :-)
