Goddamnnit!  I just broke a tooth!  Eating fucking toast!  Fuckity fuck fuck fuck!

It doesn't hurt - yet - but goddamnit. 

There has been a lot of LJ musing lately about 'things I regret' and 'things I would have done differently'.  I rolled the tooth dice for years and gambled that I'd die before my neglect caught up with me.  I lost that bet.  Fuck.  Well, at least it's not Friday night before a 4 day weekend.

Edit: 3 p.m. today - Devon, the office person says it's #31. I have broken #31. She sounded like one more crisis was going to send her over the wall. She said she has the 6-6 shift today. I guess I'm not the only tooth disaster. Oddly, this offers no comfort...

Yikes! That is the suck. The last time I chipped a tooth (on a soft taco no less) I nearly freaked out. And of course, it happened right before a holiday weekend. :/

Sorry. As someone who has endured major dentistry recently, I can sympathize. But the results of my dentistry were wonderful, whereas yours will be just to get you back to normal.

Ack! I'm warding off that evil from happening to me with my vampire crucifix. Cool that you got into the dentist so fast. Maybe the laughing gas will help with the mental anguish of it all.
