I think I've felt like I got fired this morning. But, I also think I'm over that. I love making these dolls. So I'm not going to stop.

It occurred to me that maybe Goodwill could be the answer. They have stores where they could sell them and they have all kinds of programs. And dropping them off would be easy, breazy. I sent Seattle Goodwill an email just now asking about possibilities.

An Oregon outfit - Underwater Audio - has a new Kickstarter that I really hope gets funded. They did one last year for earbuds that I use with every swim. This new gadget would enable me to dump iTunes. My idea of heaven. My fingers are crossed.

Here are today's dolls... I think I'll knit a bear now.

I always wondered how one woman could give out so many every month. Why does she need only Hijab dolls? Little girls don't wear a Hijab until they are older. I'm sure someone would love them. Maybe split them up between several groups. That way you could keep up your productivity!!! I would miss seeing what you make and all the color combinations.

I love the lavender and tea doll! Do you have a Ronald McDonald House in Seattle? They might take them for the visiting family and kids. A Children's hospital or ward might also be interested.

If Goodwill doesn't pan out, and if you haven't already, look into shelters that house women and children.

There's a place out there for your dolls, all good ideas that folks have posted.

Another thought for your dolls and bears is the Red Cross. My husband volunteers for them, and has gone to fires as a Red Cross responder. They provide minimal money, as well as 3 nights in a hotel so the victim has a little time to get it together after such a tragedy. One other thing they sometimes do is give out little bags of toys and activities for children victims. The dolls and bears would be good for this situation. However, on the down side, they may not need as many as you would give them. It may be more trouble than it's worth, but wanted to mention it anyway.
