It's hard to watch West Wing knowing that Leo's really dead.  I know everyone says it's not as good as it used to be and this is the last year but I still love the show and don't want this to be the last year and I don't want Leo to be dead.  I'll bet he didn't even get a last cigarette.

But, seriously, doesn't everyone who isn't out have a secret gay life?

In last night's episode, at one point when he's screwing up something he says "ok, just give me a cigarette, then shoot me." I didn't even think of his voice but you are right about that.

There are a few people for whom I really hope this isn't the case, but we'll leave that for antoher time.

As for Spencer, I know I raised my eyebrows when reading his obituary and seeing no mention of a spouse or offspring. Somebody pointed out a reference to a long-time girlfriend in his IMDb bio (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0817983/bio), but that proves nothing.

It was a little creepy to hear them discussing the question of how to address concerns about Leo's heart attack.
