SLACKER!!

I woke up this morning just before the alarm and rolled over and went back to sleep. I did not get up and go swimming. I could have. I just didn't. My fitness tracker is working overtime this week as it is.

My insurance pays me points according to the results on my tracker. Usually I get 10-15 points a day. (2,500 points gets me a $25 Amazon gift card.) Wednesday, I got 22 points and yesterday I got 25. So I figured taking a swim day off won't hurt too much. We have lots planned for this final day and I'm hoping that pacing myself better will enable me to last all day. Last night coming home from dinner, I was just beat to bits.

Anyway, their plane is early enough tomorrow that I can drop them off and get to the pool when it opens.

Now I have to clear out the swim suits hanging over the bathtub so I can get a shower. I don't even remember the last time I showered in my own shower!

My one-week post-LASIK appointment was this morning and I've been cleared to exercise again, including swimming. I thought about doing the noon session, but then I checked the Everett School District calendar and confirmed, school's out. Pass! :)
