So the condo that has now been on the market for 15 days, now has an offer. But, she's had offer's before so this is not your usual course. I'll be watching to see if she finally does unload and we get rid of her.

I just saw that Season 2 of The Crown (Netflix) will be here the first week in December. 1. Perfect since that's when all the regular network programming stops til January and 2. It makes me want to make a joke about spoiler alerts. But I can't decide which one so I'll pass.

Last night I got more ideas for better kitchen org and ordered some stuff from Amazon. It arrives today and I'll put the rest of the plan in place. Sometimes I'm fine with waiting for an Amazon purpose and sometimes I Want It Now. I'm so appreciative when Amazon realizes this and has what I want in the 24 hour delivery window.

I need a particular weight/stretch of fabric to test out a new pattern. This morning I remembered that I had exactly what I needed in the Goodwill bin. (It's a gross color and not a nice feel - ordered online for very cheap - but perfect for testing.) I love shopping at Goodwill but it's even more fun when I don't have to leave my house to do it!

Weather quickie is my one of my favorite things to check. And I especially love it when it brings me news like this.

Today's Seattle Times news rundown finally remembers we have a professional baseball team in town and notes that if the season ended today, the Mariners would be in the playoffs. If my grandmother had wheels, she'd be a bus.

So far, the using the inhaler every other day scheme is working out fine. I'm surprised and encouraged.

I don't really have anything in mind to do today. Maybe I'll make some more stuffed animals. Or I might clean out the fridge. Or I might do both. Or I might do neither. I do love being retired.

How long do condos in your building usually last on the market? Hopefully she'll accept the offer and move on.

I'm so glad for Amazon prime, but I wish we had the option up here of delivery that fast.

One of the free tabloids here (sadly I don't get to look at that bit anymore) had cool/funny briefs about the weather like, "Just bring a jacket," "You'll need an umbrella," "You'll feel you're melting and will suffer," okay mine are lame but they were cool; that's how I want to hear about the weather.

The Times is totally boring about it. They try, but.

We have Amazon Prime in Canada, but living in Toronto, doesn't seem much point to it. The main warehouse is in Mississauga, which is a suburb of Toronto, so even when I choose the usual free shipping (for orders over $35) and it says the item will arrive in 5-7 business days, I normally get an email the same day saying it's shipped and it arrives the next, or at the very latest, within 48 hours. So why would I pay $80 a year for the same service? Also, I'm very rarely in a major rush to get anything, so don't mind waiting.

Well, by my reading, they'd have to play a pre-playoff game against the Rays for the second Wild Card spot.
