The ususal
Jan. 17th, 2006 09:09 amWork is still not as busy as I would like but it's picking up a little. One fun thing is a dinner invitation. In December we worked heads down to create an internal website for one group. It was a fairly massive project that involved my company - me and my boss - and another vendor as well. The client is taking us out to dinner on Wednesday to celebrate the launch. I'm astounded. Think about it - they paid top dollar for us to do this for them and now they are thanking us with a dinner?! Very cool if you ask me. Plus there were 2 guys (at the other vendor's) I talked to every day for six weeks and never laid eyes on - it will be fun to see what they look like.

Feel better.
