Twitter says it will go away tomorrow by 5. I hope so because I have Mariner tickets tomorrow. It's only a half mile walk but I'm not excited to make it in this soup. My be time to try out Lyft. Or even, godforbid, Uber.

I'm not terribly thrilled at sitting in it to watch the game but, hopefully it will be gone and/or the smoke will be held off a little by the bowl of the stadium that surrounds my seat. Hope Hope Hope.

Aww. Honestly if my tickets were for tonight, I'd really think twice about it. But I'm betting tomorrow will be better. I will be watching and listening closely tonight to see what it looks like and if they talk about it on the broadcast.

Based on what I am reading about the fires, I don't think it is going away any time soon. How abut one of those masks that the Japanese people wear? You could whip one out in no time!

Oh the fires aren't going anywhere soon but, the marine layer from Puget Sound is due to move in and push them smoke and ash away from us. Hopefully.

And, yeah, I've got face masks and will likely wear one to get to the ball park tonight.

Can you get an air filter mask? It might look a little silly, but better to get a few odd looks than have breathing issues. They have all sorts of colorful options now too.

I can't wait for the smoke to be gone. Right now our corner of the state is worse off than Seattle. We are solidly into the "very unhealthy" zone...
