Clean!

Every once in a while, I get frustrated with my house cleaner and think maybe I'd be better off without the aggravation. Next time I have that thought I'm going to come back here and read this entry. My house is usually tidy. But it's only really clean once every two weeks. I am incapable of creating this condition. She is made for it. And I love it. Totally worth any aggravation.

And Sandy and the building manager and two fix it guys came to check my leak. It does not appear as if the fix will be soon. But at least, I'm sure now, that I am on their radar.

Then I took my Mariners shirt to the dry cleaners to get it cleaned and pressed for storage until next year. It's a vintage shirt that I want to make sure stays in great shape.

Then I went to Goodwill. Nothing.

Then I went to Go Poke. It's a semi new-ish place in the International District that has been on my radar for a while. It's a cute little place with really really nice and welcoming people behind the counter. And, turns out, the poke is the best. I now have a new favorite.

Now I am home and the baseball game is about to start. I have a new pattern to piece together and size. A modified henley.

Oh and I got an email from my friend, Barrie, who used to swim with me until she gave up the pool. We meeting for breakfast tomorrow at one of my favorite places.

And if all this goodness wasn't enough, I'm still riding on a high from my glorious swim in that fabulous pool this morning. Some days are just good.
