Power of suggestion??
Nov. 11th, 2017 06:36 pmI have not had any breathing issues in forever. I had a cough when I caught that cold 4 or 5 months ago but really that has been it.
About mid day, I went into the bathroom to pee and caught myself in the mirror. The hair cut situation was clearly critical so I checked and Rudy's 4 blocks up had an opening and I snagged it. And then I walked up. I was huffing and puffing when I got there but I didn't really think anything of it.
The haircut was fine. Good actually. And quick with no chit chat.
(Thanks, Sean!) But by the time I got home, breathing was a problem. I sucked down my rescue inhaler and gobbled up a cough pill. The later fixed the coughing right away. But the breathing continued to be not great all afternoon. It feels a little better now but still not perfect.
I made a crack this morning about chlorine air from the new pool being an issue. But, the internets told me that while too much chlorine can cause breathing problems in rare cases, the problems resolve when you leave the pool area. Mine didn't start until hours after. So I'm not blaming the pool. I don't know what it is but I'd like it to resolve itself pronto and not come back.
