susandennisShirt's all done. Check out these pockets. They aren't perfect but I am delighted at my ability to dream up an idea and have it come so close. So I'm not at all unhappy with them. It will be a fun shirt to wear.
And I did go to the computer museum and it was fun. They are changing stuff around all the time and they had lots that I had not seen. They did the consulting work and, I think, supplied some of the hardware for AMC's Halt and Catch Fire series. And they used the proceeds magnificently. It's just the coolest museum in town and gets cooler all the time. I love that it's just down the street.
I renewed my membership and they gave me a very cool bag and mug. It's my latest computer mug. I still have my first one, too!
I need to go down to the dumpsters and get a box to send a return in. But, I think I'll watch a little TV while I knit first.

I didn't get started on computers as early as you did, but my first computer was in 1987 or 88 I think - so I do have a history and it would be fun to see some of the past. Were there any references to CompuServe? That's where I started online.
