susandennisI just got 88 wiggly eyes and 54 black teddy bear noses in the mail... I'm so delighted. I've been looking for an online supplier of these things since last Summer and finally found a PERFECT one.
PapaDens.com is not the fanciest website you will ever see but but what they lack in HTML gloss, they make up for in pricing and customer service. They did not carry my eyes and nose card but they carried buttons from the same manufacturer so I wrote to them asking if there was any chance.
Now, I have written this same email about a dozen times. To websites who even advertise that they can send me whatever buttons this outfit makes. And I've never gotten a response but hope springs eternal.
And shortly after my last note, I got an email from the owner saying that she would ask the manufacturer. She did, got right back to me. Sold me 54 cards at a price that even with postage was cheaper than my getting in the car, driving to the store, ordering, waiting 3 weeks, driving back... PLUS...
She added the card to her website (http://www.papadens.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=34&products_id=2282) so all I have to do now is go back, click on buy and I'm in business!
Plus, she sent me a pen and a little bag of the coolest little square beads and with a ribbon to embellish something...
Yahoooo... My future teddy bears will be able to see and smell. Life is good.
