Strange remembery

It just popped into my head for the first time in a bizillion years... It was on New Years Day, 1982? that my husband asked me for a divorce. I've never been so delighted and relieved and glad for anything in my life. As I went to sleep that night I felt a peace that I had not ever felt before and maybe not even since. The marriage sucked but I didn't have enough balls to get out myself.

It's very cool to remember that feeling, though. It was amazing.
