susandennisI had a lovely sewing day. I wanted to make this one pattern that takes up a lot of fabric and the fabric I had the most of was gray with pink hedgehogs. So now I am the proud owner of a hedgehog hoodie!!
The pattern is from a company I had not used before and had a couple of really nice, new tricks. The hoodie looks good up or down and the cuffs have thumbhole placed in a way I'd never thought of before. Learning new tricks on the way to a new top is clearly the way to go.
I did end up walking down to the sewing shop. I not only had no trouble doing it, I went on to a sandwhich shop past that and got lunch/dinner. I had to stop ZERO times. I'm now more encouraged than ever that tomorrow's swim will be fine.
