Ok, so I am done. I hit a major snag with #3 on my list but I got most of it done, noodled through the snag did my library trip and came home and finished it off.

Kind of pretty satisfying. I managed to figure out how to fix the problem without having to start over. Nice.

I popped into the grocery store when I went to the library and picked up some dry cat food. I keep a bowl of dry cat food for Jake and Betty - it's always full - it's always available but they don't eat much of it. It's cheap generic. So today I got Friskies. I think it's the crack cocaine of cat food. They both dived in - butting heads eating out of the same bowl - and ate like the last meal they got was in 2002! Holey crap. I hope they don't throw it up all over the place.

Oh and I got the cams back up. I never did figure out why the ftp quit p'ing. I just redirected them to another host server and they are working fine. What.ever.

I picked up some teriyaki when I was out - and now I'm going to eat that and then start my well earned evening of TV and knitting.

Yikes! Friskies. I figure it must be sugar in it.

According to the side of the sack, it's their unique shape. I'm Jake and Betty said 'oh look at these cute shapes! let's eat up!!'

But, whatever it is has sure fixed Jake in a hurry. I like to bring a handful of cracker to my computer at night and generally I have to fight him off. Tonight he saw my crackers and went to get more Friskies.

At this rate he's going to go from Mick Jaggar to Moma Cass in a week!

We learned not to let our cats anywhere near Friskies a long time ago. They would just freak right out. Unique shape? Huh, that's an interesting theory. Seems unlikely, but hey, I don't know. Our cats flipped out over pretty much any sort of Friskies: soft, hard, little bags of "tender", etc.

I always figured there had to be some kind of sugar in there.

When my cat got a urinary tract problem, the vet told me to feed him Friskies. It seems to have more ash content in it than any other cat food and that's good for a kitty's urinary tract.
