Reversing the trend...

The sandals from Zappos arrived and none of them came close to being acceptable. They are all boxed up now with prepaid labels and are sitting in the UPS OUT box downstairs waiting for pickup. I'm no only saving a ton o' cash, I think I'm over my sandal panic. I have at least two good years with my backup pair so no biggie.

I also got my subscribe and save box from Amazon - coffee, deodorant, chapstick, cat food and kleenex. I got it all put away and the boxes flattened and down to the dumpsters.

Everything is under control. I have a new recipe chicken dish planned for dinner. No baseball today. Lots of other stuff to watch and yarn work to do. A nice day.

I loove Amazons Subscribe and Save program. So handy.
I tried Walmarts online version of it a couple times too. But they pack thing horribly, and so things were a mess by the time I'd get them. So no more WalMart subscribe and Save stuff, just Amazon. =)

My subscribe and save was about 25 things every month and getting ridiculous. I wasn't saving and I was getting stuff I didn't need even though I tried to stay on top of it. Finally, I killed it off and started over. Much better. I have never tried Walmart's so now I won't. Thanks for the tip!

Yeah, I have to switch things around on mine a lot too. I think I've got just the necessities coming now (garbage bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, shampoo, TP, etc.).

It could just be a Walmart Canada problem, but I'm assuming it's just an all around Walmart issue.
Their packing of multiple items is weeird. I've gotten a huge box.. with three teeny items and paper packing material in it before. And books that were bubble wrapped.

Once I ordered aA&H kitty litter box, and a bag of Yesterday's News recycled litter. They loosely packed them in a over large box together?! And the trip through the mail (cause they did it regular mail for some reason) had the two things bashing around enough that the Yesterdays News litter bag tore open and was spilling out the main packing box before it made it to our local Post Office. Got some stink eyes from them that day, I'll tell you.
Makes no sense at all.

I used to love Zappos. Before I had my son I was a size 5 and I couldn't find them in stores. Now I'm a 6-6.5 and I have better luck.
