I know very little about music. I mean, really, my Treo plays MP3's so that's why I even have any and I have a lot of Abba. So seriously, I am not a music afficiado and I don't keep up or pay attention. BUT.
This morning's paper had a photo in the entertainment section that stopped me in my tracks. I've never heard of these people - Il Divo. But wow. Those are some luscious looking boy people.

Date: 2006-02-19 06:27 pm (UTC)Amici Forever (two sopranos, two tenors, and formerly, a bass/baritone), the Opera Babes (two sopranos), Josh Groban (tenor), Andrea Bocelli (tenor), Mario Frangoulis (tenor, probably the best of them), "The Ten Tenors" (an Australian group of...ta dah...ten tenors) and "The East Village Opera Company" (a rock/opera fusion group...you'll either love them or hate them) are some of the others.
I's say start with Amici Forever and Mario Frangoulis; they have the best voices and arrangements. Il Divo is good, but they put out very short CDs.
Be well,
Mac
