We also remembered one year when we were at the CES show and they offered up a similar photo situation. BUT I was wearing a really green shirt and the only thing that came out in the photo was my floating head!
From my former TV background (as a writer, not an SFX person, though): your (awesome!) coat looks a lot lighter than the green they normally use, so either you got away with it on that basis or they hand edited it.
That last one is full of lies. There's no way you'd be able to get Rainier in a shot from that angle. I've noticed they do that a lot in promo shots of Seattle. They like to photoshop Rainier in the background no matter the angle. Sometimes it's even to the north of downtown.
I'm not even going to tell you how long I looked at these to pick the best picture of you and your brother before realizing only the background changed.
