Bathroom is done. I'm waiting for the glue to try now so I can put on the bedroom floor. Also waiting for the computer desk/chair bits to dry so I can finish those up. Coming along but Waiting For The Glue To Dry has become my full time job.

My cellphone plan is $20 a month PLUS $10 per gig of data used. Since most of my time is spent here at home on wifi (Waiting For The Glue To Dry), I generally use less than a gig of data a month so my bill is normally just under $30. BUT... this month it's nearly $45.

That $15 difference is Christmas Eve. We had no electricity from 2 pm til 10 pm but I had my phone. And I used it. I should send an invoice to Seattle City Light for that $15!

Those were a beast. They wouldn't stand on their own long enough for the glue to dry. And when one fell down, its lid popped off never to be seen again. I had to improvise big time ... so thanks! Now that they are lidded and standing, they are my favorite things!

Squee! Everything is so cute! Do things like the fridge come pre-assembled or do you have to put absolutely everything together? I'm struggling to imagine what's in the kit - is it like a teeny IKEA?:)

Some of it is pre-assembled. The fridge is and the toilet and the egg comes already in the frying pan. But, the shower head, for instance, needs to be assembled and is 6 pieces. The shower stall is 7. Actually, your IKEA analogy isn't far wrong. The instructions, however, are WAY better!

well, here's the thing... there's no door. and the walls, not up yet in this photo, are 'glass'. Terri, who sent me the kit was appalled at having a bathroom so visible but I like it. One of the coolest master bedrooms I ever saw, had an en suite bathroom with floor to ceiling glass walls. But, it did have a door.

You talking about there on the left? That's the outside. It makes more sense with the bathroom walls installed...

The other big spaces - where the glue bottle stands is the kitchen table and the darker wood floor is the living room.

Ahhhhh... that's the IT Closet. Well, actually it houses the music box and the electrical system - the wires and the on/off switch. It will be hidden by the bedroom/office floor.
