Mom

Mom's having another bad spell. She has been having breathing problems for the past week and now they are really getting worse and scarier and nothing is fixing them. Her doctor is running of out tricks. She's back on the steroid but it's not helping. She called Polly tonight because she was afraid to be by herself and she feels crappy. Polly's spending the night. Thankgod for Polly.

tell your Mom the benefit of the steroid takes at least 3 days..often 5.

Sadly she's on day 5 now and that's the worry. But probably even more of a concern is your 'tell your Mom'. She does not know what it is she's taking or why. She's really not too coherent. But, Polly is.

I'm sorry to hear this. I hope your Mom will be ok. Glad that someone's able to be there with her and make her feel safer and more comfortable.

Not being able to breathe is a very scary feeling. I'm sorry she's going through this.
