Until my new fridge is here :) This go around, I asked Sheri to keep a running tally of all expenses. Initially I told her that I wanted to keep the total bill under $10,000 but still be flexible if something very sexy comes along. She says that I said $15,000 and she's probably right (cause that's closer to the remainder of the home equity loan I took out last year to do the whole thing). Anyway...

Today, she got me the latest update that includes the new terrace furniture. She estimated what the electrician and cabinet shelf installer is going to charge and there are some other not fixed costs that we don't know yet but she says she guessed high. Anyway, the total comes to just under $9,000! Yahooooo

Work is cranking along pretty good. All my clients are chipping in with little jobs here and there. It's keeping me occupied and interested.

I talked to my brother tonight and told him that I was going to come up with an monetary value estimate of the stuff that Nancy is hauling out of Mom's apartment and he and I will take an equal value in cash from the total. Tomorrow morning Polly's going in to get whatever is left - she says it ain't going to be much - and cart it away to trash or charity and then on Friday she'll do the walk through with the people from 'the home' for release and then that will be it for 'the home.'
