I sat down and turned on the TV and was getting ready to see what was waiting on TV and there were these British penguins talking - like the Geiko Gecko but penguins and then there were two police dogs - kind of clamation things. I was rivited! If you've never seen Creature Comforts, tune in. It won't take long to get the thumb up or down - I can imagine lots of people giving it a giant WTF??!! But, I think it's hilarious.

I love those little critters too. I actually discovered them on my trip to Seattle. Well, in truth it was one of the nights when I was out staying on Whidbey Island with Sean and Richard.

They crack me up!

This is an Aardman Animations thing, from the home of Wallace and Gromit. They have won Oscars for most of their big efforts, A Close Shave, The Wrong Trousers, and Creature Comforts. This year they won with Curse of the Were Rabbit. The first VHS tape of theirs that I had was A Grand Day Out with the original creature comforts set, I think they called them the 'Lip Sync' films as well. Their first animation was Morph, a rudimentary plasticene figure who appeared on Take Heart (with Tony Heart) many moons ago.
