When I finish this entry, it's into the car and off to find my boss's house. I've been there once before but it was dark and I was lost. I think I got a better shot today. Except I just remembered that I am out of gas. Hmmmm Ok, need to weave in a gas station.

I really am so thankful that I called him so quickly and that he so readily and nicely stepped up to the plate with a fix. And, yeah, it's going to be a bitch and a half to half to rebuild another work space but I've done it before and I can do it again and them's the breaks.

I would like some time to go through Mom's pile o' papers but I want to take my time doing it. It will be just her and me for a bit and I want to savor that. There's really no hurry now that I've found the will. So I'll just find me some time and do it here in the next few days.

My new stove says no glass pots. All my pots are glass. I actually only need maybe a small one and a medium one and maybe a big one - I have frying pans. I think maybe I'll whip into Sears at some point today and see what they have.

The sun is streaming into my living room and the new shades are working perfectly! Plus they look nice. On the down side, even with the shades down you can see what a crappy slap dash job I did washing the windows. Not so good...

Ok, I'm off. Back later.

I wish I could find a way to get my sliding glass door and front storm door to be streak free. I don't think it is possible.

Where is that damned Heloise when you need her?

We used to have the perfect pot. It was just the right size, and really good quality, and we used it all the time. When we bought our new stove we had to stop using it because it's grooved on the bottom. Took me about 4 months to find a new one to take its place. I hope you have better luck, or alternately I hope you are less picky.

Ikea is good for pots, pans, and wonderful kitchen gadgets. Just a thought =)

It's in Renton but so is Fry's - two nifty gadgety stores, one trip.
