I have never been to Disneyland or Disney World or Disney anything. I have never seen any Star Wars or Star Trek movie or TV show. I have never jumped from an airplane. I have never eaten a Pop Tart.

This morning I ate my first Pap Tart. I was shocked at how delicious it was. Cinnamon.

I am losing money hand over fist with this stock market - I'm going to call it, temporary - dip. I'm kind of over it already. And I'm also done with this virus and it's fallout. This is one of those times when I am really dying of curiosity about what it will look like when we look back - from a year, five years, 10 years. If I don't catch that virus, and I don't lose all my money, maybe I'll be around to take that look. (And, I'm particularly enjoying the news reports that say you really won't die from the virus if you do get it... unless you are elderly and/or have underlying lung issues. Ca-Ching! 2 out of 2 here!)

Biggie and The Smalls are playing like feuding brothers. The Smalls sits and dangles his tail and Biggie grabs at it. Smalls then gets snippy and the chase is on. Lather, Rinse, Repeat.

And, in other cat news. Biggie has officially given up even pretending he likes wet cat food. He loves his kibble. He loves his kibble tree. He's fond of dried chicken treats and he's really good about drinking water out of his fountain.

The Smalls won't touch a kibble or a treat of any kind. No way. No how. But, he'll tuck into his wet food 8 times a day. Basically anytime I'm in the kitchen plus any other time he feels like it. His favorite food is whatever he didn't have yesterday. And no pate. Big chunks are fine. Little chunks are fine. Smooth... not at all fine.

So at least they don't fight over food.

No plans for today. No place I want or need to go. I have plenty to eat - heck, there's the rest of the box of Pop Tarts! Oh and yesterday's delivery from Amazon? 3 of the 12 eggs made it intact. Yeah we probably won't be doing that again.

Did you need “an invitation” to get the groceries delivered?

My husband was trying to use it yesterday. We thought you just needed Prime. But he kept having issues and we now think maybe it was everyone getting ready for the Big Quarantine?

But omg, the eggs!

Out of your list of 'I have never' : I myself have never been to Disneyland or Disney World or Disney anything, and I have never jumped from an airplane (why leap from a perfectly functioning airplane?! whyyy)
Pop Tarts can be hit or miss with flavors, but I do like them still. =)

My parents watched the original Star Trek all the time, and so I saw most of them growing up. Although I did watch 'Star Trek : The Next Generation' while it was airing, but that started because my brother was watching it.

Star Wars was big when I was growing up, and so I got taken to see Return of the Jedi in theaters with cousins as a kid. I didn't watch the other movies until ages later. I kind of remember enjoying them... I think.
But I've tried rewatching these days and I just... I don't know. I don't care for them anymore I guess? Or I just 'liked' them because it helped me fit in? (but shhhh.. don't tell anyone. It's a major sin to Not like the genre's I think. *lol*)

Yay for Biggie and Smalls playing, and for liking different foods. That's quite a great thing. Bongo was/is our garbage disposal cal practically, and when his brother was still around he'd always try to eat his food fastest so he could hoover brothers food too. 😁😂

The cinnamon pop tarts are my favorite, though I don't really buy them much at all anymore.

I have also never seen a Star show of any kind....trek or war. I don't see the appeal, but to each their own.

The virus is becoming so much more of a thing than I ever thought it would be.

I've been eating brown sugar cinnamon Pop Tarts for a *VERY* long time. I adore them. I buy them by the case at Sam's Club.

And Thank You for the warning about Amazon Food deliveries. I've been tempted to give them a try, but it just sounded too good. And from the picture above, it looks to be.

I saw the very first showing of Star Wars in '77 in London and thought it was wonderful. I know I saw the 2 subsequent movies but don't remember much about them.

I'll only eat brown sugar cinnamon Pop Tarts and the special holiday Gingerbread ones I found ONCE at WalMart. Did you see Claire make gourmet Pop Tarts on Bon Appetit? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jYqRiKu7gY0

Something about that carton of busted eggs cracked me up.

No pun intended.

Something i still do not understand about Chinese grocery shopping is that eggs are sold in bulk like apples or potatoes. They are displayed in huge egg mounds and people just pick the ones they want and put them in a plastic bag, weigh them, then carry them home like that. It's amazing the whole country isn't ankle-deep in yolk.

I have never done any of the things you mentioned, but would love to jump out of a plane. That was my first request for my 70th birthday, however given the fact that I would likely ruptures my enlarged spleen, no-one would agree. I am sick of hearing about this virus, it is serious but some of the stuff people are considering are so over the top. Sam would have us shop for a siege and never leave the house.

If I may ask, what companies do you have shares in? My Alphabet and Apple shares are doing ok (apparently it's currently a global trend that technology companies seem to grow whereas the companies depended on shipping etc. are not doing well with China closed), as well as my shares in my local precious metals ETFs, and specifically our technology giants. The giants have shares in China's Tencent which is growing as fast as the virus. The brilliant people speculate it's because of the Chinese being "confined to quarters" and not having anything better to do than playing games and spending much more time online. So for the moment I'm just patiently watching, definitely not going into hysterics and selling anything.

I hope they replaced or refunded the eggs! I have a work neighbor who has chickens, and I get a dozen super-fresh eggs from her every few weeks. Once in a while I discover I'm out with no time to ask her to bring some to work, and I get store-bought, which are both much less expensive and much less interesting.

I do like Pop-Tarts, but almost never eat them these days. I like the fruit-filled frosted varieties, especially blueberry, and I'm also fond of the cinnamon. They're really no better or worse a breakfast pastry than the "healthy" (but also super-sweet) granola bars, but somehow the granola bars feel more rational to keep on hand.
