So now the local government is saying if you are old and/or have lung issues (check and check) you should stay home and/or avoid crowds of more than 10 people. If I had plans, I would for sure cancel them. Not.

I did look at the website of the clinic where my doctor practices. Sounds like they are just grilling anyone who calls and removing the online appointment making option. They specifically say if you are scheduled for a physical and are healthy to come on it. That's me and I will!

I skipped Costco this morning but not due to virus... I got everything I needed before I got there. I'll go to Costco next week. I did find a brand new batch of honey tangerines! I thought we'd seen the last until next January but the Red Apple Market had a whole new shipment. I stocked up.

I also got the fixin's for black eye'd pea salad. I have not had any for about a million years. It's all mixed and in the fridge for marination... can o' black eyed peas, chopped up celery, cuke, tomato, spring onion... red wine plus vinegar plus oregano plus salt, pepper and a dash of sugar.

I got several great pieces of fabric at Goodwill. I need to get sewing again. It's kind of hard to get enthused about short sleeved stuff when we have at least 3 more months of long sleeve weather. Maybe I'll make a new top of each just for starters. I need to get out my pattern book and start planning.

Also at Goodwill was this sparkly mouse. Biggie investigated immediately...

In my defense she is in the very high risk group. She is going to a blood draw appointment today, but after that she must stay home.
