Tuesdays and Thursdays are the busiest days at the gym. Until today. The gym was empty this morning. I swam by myself for 30 minutes before the next person showed up. Virus phobia? Who knows. That gym is pretty disgusting on a good day. Happily I can get to the pool and out without having to interact with sweaty stuff.

They do now have signs up saying to wash your hands. But, then, everybody does by now.

Starbucks won't let you use your own cups. I did not know you could ever do that but then I'm not a Starbucks person. Seattle Reddit groups are getting to be pretty funny. People posting about how their company is making them come into work.

I'm staying home because I'm older than 60 and have COPD and, probably most importantly, never go anywhere anyway! Especially now that they have closed my Grocery Outlet.

One of the least desirable units in this building - second floor, over the garage (which is very cold) and facing the dumpster room of the apartment building across the street (meaning they get every decibel of the 5 am dumpster emptying 3 or 4 times a week), went on sale last Friday. It was beautifully staged. But, even so. Really the worst unit. Now, 6 days later, is pending. $658,000 1,200 square feet (just a hair smaller than mine). I looked up the realtor who pulled this off and it is the only listing she has. Love to know the behind the scenes on this one. But, happy for the peops who sold. They had a kid about 5 years ago and need to move to a proper house. So good for them.

Today I'm going to start a new sewing project. The first step involves washing all that fabric I bought yesterday. I did go so far as to get out my pattern book for idea gathering.

And I need to make some breakfasts. It think I'll go back to burritos for while.

And there will be knitting. and baseball. Of course.

I also am considering making a video of my condo. I've always wanted to make one for insurance purposes. I think if I do room by room it will be less of such a big chunk of chore.

I've been fretting about your super expensive baseball tickets. Hopefully if the dates are in the virus zone they'll cancel altogether so you'll get a refund. I wouldn't mind getting the virus myself, as I don't think it would be very likely to kill me and I'd much rather have it at home than overseas (especially as healthcare for it isn't covered by travel insurance). But my mother with her COPD is an entirely different matter. I'm not too sure about this groups of more than ten thing either. That's just playing the percentages and there's too much at stake if you have a lung problem to take that gamble, so I'm glad you and the cats are playing it safe.

If you made a video of your place I would love to see it. I've seen the layout, and your many photos of the cats, but a video would be cool.
