I think we either have the same Amazon Basics bed or a *very* similar one but either way... Here's my so smart she's stupid dog squishing herself into it. The cat meanwhile was asleep on a bed about half the size of a twin mattress that accommodates them both across the room from here.
The Smalls had a Very Big Soul and a big place in hearts throughout LJ. How fortunate you are to have had those months with him. Sending *HUGS* and sympathy to you and Biggie for your loss.
My two are absolutely beside themselves with having me home all day. Only problem is that I'm moving about the house much more than when I'm leave because of my new work station being at my dining room table. Usually we'd spent all our leave time in bed watching tv, reading. So every time I now move, they wake up and follow me around. This is seriously impacting on their nap time! And the antics they are getting up to to tell me what they think about this new normal is driving me insane because it borders on destruction of property, unless I give them my undivided attention. Not that easy when most of one's day suddenly consists of online meetings! I am so happy to see that Biggie seems to be adjusting well to his new normal! Hugs and kisses and lots of nose bumps!
