So the good news is that I got the order today. Within 3 hours of placing it, actually. And I now have peanut butter.

But, Eric The Instacarter reported more than half my items were unavailable and his idea of substitutions were not even close. I asked for two different kinds of heavy cream (out of the 5 different kinds on the website). All pints. He said they had none. I said ok to substitute half and half. He brought me two QUARTS of half and half and both had an expiration date of April 5, 2020. Yeah... last weekend.

And he wore no gloves, no mask.

I'm not thinking I'm going to be going that route again.

The building had a break in last night and, among other things, two cars were broken into so we got an email saying to check your car. I did and so also drove it around a couple of blocks. When I got back, my neighbor, Lee was checking on her car.

I told her about the dead battery and she said they had one of those brief case charger things. Good to know for next time!

She also said they had had decent success with QFC online order/pick up. Something else to try.

Ok, I'm a tecnical idiot! I saw a picture on @jimmyfallon that I wanted to send you but i can't. It reminded me of all your adorable stuffed bears you made! It was in response to his question "How bored are you" Conundrum" replied "I'm so bored I made 15 stuffed bunnies from old sweaters. Good thing it's spring, I have nothing to wear! The picture reminds me of your guys!

Substitutions are the reason I don't use grocery delivery. We have too many food issues and substitutions could make us very sick. Of course, we wouldn't eat them, but we'd be out the money and not able to give away the food.

I have a feeling your friend Eric failed math. Pints vs quarts, big numbers vs small numbers.... But who still has cream on the shelf from last week???

I had a shitty shop on Friday. The had the shopper shop in Puyallup and do 2 deliveries in Bonney Lake before they came out to me.
Lets just say my ice cream did not fare well.
I've got a ticket in with instacart to resolve.

I wonder what stores they are shopping for you. I've had some substitutions, but nothing terrible.

oh yeah! Go back into the app, and say the substitute wasn't right.
They'll refund.

Don't bother with chat support. When I tried there were 5k people in line.

There are definitely those who have seen the inside of a supermarket before. Many, however, have not, and it really shows sometimes. I'm trying out a new (to me, and to downtown) CSA box that has meat and dairy options and that may help ...

Remember Webvan? I miss them ...
