Tank full... probably last til Christmas

Yesterday, I looked on the Costco website and it said to check individual stores for Senior and other hour changes. My store - the original Costco #1 store, said zippo about Senior hours. So I called. "Tomorrow, what time do you open for Seniors, please?" "9 am. We start our new senior hours on Monday. Be sure to wear a mask."

So I got there today at 8:58. Short line. ' cart is clean is take it and go there and go there" said the not so nice guy at the end of it. Soon I was trapped in a line and Mr. Mean was marching up and down saying the store would open at 9:45 for everyone. Senior hours start on Monday at 9. You'd know this if you read the website.

Several people in line pointed out that the website did not have thr information he referenced. He said it was not his fault. Costco's finest.

I waited for about 15 minutes and still had 30 to go and said fuck it. I left my cart and Mr. Mean and came home.

I did get the tank filled with gas.

I decided on the way home that I'd just Instacart the order and I may still do that or I may go Monday. I also need to figure out if I want to cancel tomorrow's grocery order or not. Or I could just get over myself.

If this were not these times, I would have been to one grocery or another a dozen times instead of 1 trip, 1 pickup and 1 delivery. I've saved a ton of money and I haven't starved or even come close.

I had a dream about swimming last night. I haven't had one of those in a long time. We might find out today when gyms will be allowed to be open. The governor has said he's going to announce a schedule of reopenings today. I'm thinking it will be mid to end of June. My morning walks have not gotten easier but they are not as odious as they were. Waving to my boyfriend helps. But, he doesn't work on weekends. :(

I have yet another new top that I cut out and just need to sew up. I might do some of that today.

I do need to turn on the vacuum today and let him roam. The chores just never end around here. hehehehee

Tasha is probably 100% correct IF this were a romcom. Likely one day he'll just be gone and that will be the end of it but until then...

Do you think the schedule to reopen pools will vary as to whether it's an indoor or outdoor pool? I wonder if that makes a difference.

I doubt it but it makes no difference to me. we only have 1 outdoor pool that is suitable for laps. And it's too far a walk from the parking lot for me to get to so I never go there. The only ones I care about are the indoor city pools and the pools at gyms (also indoors).
