Approved!!!

This time we are absolutely officially approved to proceed with Operation Walk In Shower! I have the email and a signed by the board PDF saying OK. So whew. Now we just wait for Bathfitter to tell us when. I'm guessing we'll hear on Tuesday.

I had a lovely and full day and cannot really point to anything to show for it. I did finish crocheting another square and started the next one.

And I did get a lot of financial stuff done. Accounts lined up and some documentation and linkage between accounts and notes on plans going forward. A lot of my money is in investments which too a big hit yesterday. I did not lose like Jeff Beezos or Warren Buffet so that's a plus. And, honestly, my stuff is invested in things that go up and go down and end up really just even. I have the best financial advisor ever.

We are now less than an hour away from first pitch and I'm ready. Also I found Krispy Kreme donuts in the freezer so that's a nice little welcome back baseball treat!

Krispy kreme donuts are sort of magical. They tend to just disappear when I'm around. Poof. First there's a dozen....then...none.

Yep. Finally I learned to freeze them which has been moderately successful. Turns out KK, right out the the freezer are kind of good! Better if you let them thaw. Tonight's were heaven.

Don't worry about the investments, they'll bounce back, they always do. The came back after 2008 and they'll recover from this. I'm actually amazed how much they've recovered from the start of the pandemic.

yes, as i said, my investments go up and down with the tide and always come out ahead. i invested wisely ... in a great financial adviser!
