Update

The surgery vet just called and was so kind and clear and easy to talk to. She offered to hydrate Biggie tonight and hope he just pees the stuff out and, if not, surgery tomorrow. OR surgery tonight. I told her I wanted what was the best thing for him and what would have him back to whole again as soon as possible. She said that was surgery tonight and that she agreed that would be best.

She said that further study of the radiology shows there may even be three things in there.

She said she usually sees this kind of repeat obstruction surgery with dogs but that Biggie just must be an over achiever.

She also said that he was young and strong and healthy and should come through fine.

They will probably operate about midnight.

First and foremost, wishing the best for Biggie! But second, and seriously, are there muzzles for cats. Gee whiz, Biggie!!

Biggie is lucky to have you. I'm sure you think vice versa and mostly so do I, but today it looks like he's waaaaay luckier.
