Yes, actual snow flakes

Biggie's a big bundle of wtf????? He keeps going out and coming back in and watching and then doing it all again.

It is so far melting as it hits the ground and it's vacillating between a very few flakes and a fair number of flakes. They appear to be backing down on The Big Snow for Saturday so this may be it but at least it was in daylight so Biggie and I could enjoy watching.

It's not the cold, but the fact that the snow melts on his warm fur & it doesn't look or act like rain but he ends up wet that's giving him the major wtf???s.

I'm glad for you and for Biggie to be able to enjoy a Snow Experience without the many potential downsides that many others encounter, Susan. I recall that you used to live here in Minneapolis--among other places--and so you know what I'm talking about. Enjoy your taste of Winter Snow. And sending a few ear-rubs to Biggie.

It is very easy to love snow when you do not have to leave your living room, it's not -omg degrees and you so rarely see it in person :)

Very true. And yet ... Snow is definitely one of the major wonders of nature. The light reflection of even a light coat of snow. The Sparkle & Twinkle show of a smooth coat of snow covering a yard on a clear night. Well, those are two of my favorite Snow Wonders.
