Why not?

As a side effect of focusing on the ice maker, I made a really hilarious discovery. When I first got it, you added water into the ice bucket. It was not imperative it be close to the faucet but it made sense.

Plus it has little legs with rubber things on the bottom so scooching it wasn't that easy.

But, then, about 3 years ago, they came out with a side car.

Now you could take that side thing and fill it up instead of the ice bucket. Much easier. But, it did not dawn on me until this morning that it no longer needs to be next to the faucet! I love that that took me 3 years.

And then last night I put it on that cookie sheet so I can pretty much drag it anywhere along the counter.

So I rearranged the kitchen!! I bought a new toaster oven/air fryer combo that is way smaller than my current one. Also my current one does a very poor and very slow job of making toast. It's out for delivery so hopefully, if it does what it promises, I can retire BOTH the gynormous toaster oven and the toaster.

New kitchen!

I have one of those Ninja Foodie air fryer ovens and I like it, but I don't love it. It folds up to use less counter space, but I never fold it up so that's a feature wasted in this house. I'm almost down to zero counter space at this point so when absolutely necessary I do some prepping at the kitchen table. I would love an ice maker. I make ice using a single ice tray. That certainly leads to occasional bouts of frustration when I don't keep on top of the ice making schedule.
