susandennisI just discovered two VERY excellent things. If I highlight and right click a word or phrase that is not English, I get an instant translation!! I follow a Mariner pitcher who instagrams in Japanese and today I learned that the female often in his photos is not his daughter, but his wife! And his captions are often clever. Thanks, chrome!
And, if that was not a big enough delight, Dyson just fixed everything I hate about it's app. I have a Dyson Hot/Cold fan - it heats/it cools and Alexa's on board but the app, which I use most to control it has been annoying. Today I checked it because it does give me an air quality reading. For some reason - not pollen - the air quality outside today is not good (I learned this via Twitter). So I thought I'd check about inside. The fan does air filtration so the app tells me if the air needs filtering. Now it reports on outside and inside air AND it has moved the stop start buttons from a couple of layers down, to the top. Very cool. Thanks, Dyson!
Today's thrills will include a trip to Amazon to return stuff. And, while I have the car out, I guess I'll do The Big Clean. The interior of the car is black. The garage is dark. Trying to clean it in there is a total waste of time. But I can pull over in a pickup area across the street and clean it out there.
It's already mid-morning and I'm neither showered nor dressed yet. I need to get my ass in gear. As it is, it looks like I'll be timing my car cleaning to coincide with the rain that's supposed to start in the next hour. Nice.
