I was starving but it was only 11. Too early for even lunch. BUT I was seriously trolling take out ideas and realized that if I didn't eat now it was going to cost me.

Trader Joe's Manderin Orange chicken. I had making this down to a science with my old gynormous toasterovern/air fryer. I've got some kinks to work out with the new smaller one but we'll get there. It was a good lunch.

I've been watching the IRS Where's My Stimulus with great guilt every day. I do not deserve any money from the government. But, still. I look and it says that I'm either not getting any or not getting any yet. Until today. Today it says that it will be in my bank account on Wednesday. I should donate it. I will likely just move it into the account that the IRS takes my quarterly taxes out of. Dust to dust?

This morning I saw the bottom of the yarn drawer. I pulled out everything and sorted. I have every size of knitting needle, most in duplicate. I have every size of crochet hook, all in duplicate and most in triplicate. I have every yarn gizmo or gadget ever made. I wish Amazon had a NEVER LET ME BUY ANOTHER xxx feature.

But at least now it's mostly all in one place so I will know to check there first? I hope.

Rest time is over. I need to clean up the kitchen and take a load o' stuff down to the dumpsters.

Hah, mine still says I'm not getting any. I've gotten lots of calls from people who had a date from the IRS when the stimulus was coming and then didn't get it. So they call TT because calling someone who has nothing to do with the process makes much more sense than trying to get through to the IRS. And for some reason TT thinks getting another touch from the group of people who already use their product for free by handing out the same information as is on the IRS site and implying that TT has some inside dope on the process makes sense.

Learning more every day.

Like you, I'll put it away but for a pretty big chunk to the local food bank.

[thanks for the lol]

Unfortunately for you and SO THANKFULLY for me, there is no way for anyone to reach me directly. They don't do problem solving, they don't maintain a relationship person to person. But you can certainly call. Be interesting to see what kind of response you get. You've spent as much money on their products as 90% of the people who call.

I remember you posting about your new oven/air fryer, but can't find it. What type do you have? My lovely aqua 8-quart Dash air fryer tripped the kitchen circuits yet again the other day, and now it's in the Goodwill box.

Ah, orange chicken! One of my favorites. It's been over a year.

Wow, that looks great! I looked at a Ninja combo pressure cooker/air fryer that a friend has, but I already have a pressure cooker that I'm very happy with.

Ha! I need that button on my brain. I order from too many different places for it to be reliable on a website.

I wish we had a Trader Joes close to us. I miss going there.

You know, I wouldn't say that you don't deserve money. I got mine pretty quickly and put it in savings. I often feel like I don't deserve it either. But that's me just being a jerk towards myself.

I hope you have a good week
