I'm always grateful to have a clean house and almost more grateful that the house cleaner won't be back for a month. Weird. I know.

So last night and even more this morning, Biggie was very snuggly with no biting. We had our now nightly game of laser chasing and then he went to bed. This morning, he would have no part of the chill pill treats. I thought maybe they are two big so I cut them in two. Still, not interested. I put two of his regular treats next to them and he gobbled everything up totally right away. What a weirdo.

As long as he does not bite me, I'm fine with whatever it takes. He's gone back now for his morning nap.

I'd be tempted to take today off from going out because yesterday was so action packed. But, I actually want something. I've been using a paper bag to collect recycling and Biggie thinks that the bag is there for him to pull down and sprinkle said recycling. So... it's time for a new plan. Wildly, Amazon's plain old large trash bins are expensive and the cheap ones are too big or fancy. And... Home Depot has just what I want for $6. So... Also Krispy Kreme is in between here and Home Depot. So, we have outing.

Thanks to all who shared their favorite killing time apps with me. Goal accomplished. I have latched onto two with a couple more likelies hanging in the wings waiting. The NY Times Tiles puzzle that [livejournal.com profile] fauxklore suggested is deceptively simple. It is much easier to play on the laptop. My NYT subscription does not include puzzles so I'm only allowed two Tile games a day. And that's actually fine. Because my spare time is now being eaten alive by Bubble Cloud thanks to [livejournal.com profile] flo.

The Mariners do not play today so I will be using today to catch up on some TV. And some crochet. As usual.

But first I need to get dressed. After one more game of Bubble Cloud.

Ah, I didn’t know that they limited you to 2 games of Tiles a day if you’re not a NYT puzzles subscriber. Does it let you play in zen mode, which can go on forever?

I didn't suggest this since you were looking for tablet/phone games and these are PC games, but since you're doing the crosswords on the laptop I thought I'd mention them just in case you're interested. They're really fantastic Match 3 games quite unlike any others - very different gameplay. The same developer makes 3 series, Laruaville, Spellarium and Cursed House - they're all similar although Cursed House is the most challenging. A new one comes out every quarter or so and I always jump on them immediately.
