Dude I got a Dell!!

My new computer arrived today!!! Yahoo!!! I was hoping it would get here before Thursday because I had planned to take Thursday off. But now I have a new plan:

Tuesday: Tidy up everything in preparation for taking four days off!!
Wednesday: Day off from work for installation of New Computer!
Thursday: Finish up new computer day and get ready for trip to LA
Friday: Early morning flight to LA
Saturday: Fun in the sun with my buds
Sunday: Back to Seattle
Monday: Day off because I can - and I'll need it to get caught up on TV shows I recorded.

Not too bad a lineup!! I have tons of days off saved up and I'm not planning on any big trips beyond the usual 5+ days a year for Mom so what the heck! I'm going to take them and enjoy them.

Will you still have your web cams up while you are setting up the new puter..or what? It would be interesting to see the progress.....but I guess you don't have a cam set up to view the computer desk....hmmm...

Ha! Well, you'll be able to see some of it. The hardware set up - the huffing and puffing and dust bunny removal... But, once I get it into place, I'm probably going to unook the old one from the modem and so that will kill the web cams.

But, really, you should only miss about an hour or so of the hard core action. Get cher popcorn and get ready. Should be a real thrill!!
