Wow. That’s just crazy. Can you put some bells on his collar that will alert the birds to his presence. Or how about getting some of those wind spinners on the sticks and putting them up out there to deter the birds from landing?
You’re right, that has to stop. Also from a hygienic point of view…..you don’t want him biting you you with a mouthful of bird germs.
